7-day free trial

Every new user gets a full-featured 7-day trial at no cost. We encourage you to try OptiBio Read thoroughly before purchasing.

Refund eligibility

Because OptiBio Read Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

• The extension does not work on your primary browser (Google Chrome)
• You were charged but did not receive a license key
• You were charged twice for the same purchase

Non-refundable cases

• Purchases made after the free trial period where the extension worked as described
• Issues caused by incompatible websites (iframes, restricted pages)
• Change of mind after 7 days

How to request a refund

Email mail@prince.sh with:

• Your license key or Dodo payment ID
• Email used during purchase
• Reason for the refund request

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Dodo Payments within 5–7 business days.

License revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated.
